Ectoderm: Outermost layer of embryonic cell layers (After formation of trilaminar disc on third week in-utero) formed by remaining cells of epiblast after migration/invagination of mesodermal and endodermal cells.

Endoderm: Innermost layer of embryonic cell layers (After formation of trilaminar disc on third week in-utero) formed by migrating/invaginating cells that migrate downward from epiblast and displace cells of hypoblast.

Epiblast: Outer layer of Embryoblast that gives rise to all three germ layers (Ectoderm, Mesoderm, Endoderm)
